Afrerp is operated by Digital Touch ZW, trading as Afrerp, based in Harare, Zimbabwe. We operate the business management platform at afrerp.co.zw and its subdomains. For privacy-related questions contact support@afrerp.co.zw.
We collect account details, workspace setup details, subscription and payment information, operational business records, device and access logs, and support communications required to run AFRERP securely.
We do not sell customer data. Data may be shared only with infrastructure, payment, communication, or compliance providers required to operate the service, and only to the extent necessary.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and maintain business records. We use access controls, account roles, session controls, and audit visibility to protect service data.

These terms govern access to and use of AFRERP. By registering, creating a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
AFRERP is provided for lawful business operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the system and for activity performed through your user accounts.
Some workspaces may be placed on payment hold until support confirms activation. Plan limits, billing cycle, and usage entitlements are governed by the selected subscription.
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, or regulatory issues may affect service access.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, fraud, unpaid obligations, or misuse of the platform.

This policy explains how AFRERP handles refund requests related to subscriptions, activation payments, and billing errors.
Payments for activated service periods are generally non-refundable unless there was a clear billing error, duplicate charge, or a confirmed service activation issue caused directly by us.
Send the workspace name, payment reference, amount, payment date, and reason for the request to support@afrerp.co.zw or official support WhatsApp.
We review refund requests within a reasonable business period after receiving enough evidence to assess the claim.
